From what I gather the was mainly built to be put on the small utility type tractors(the 74, 84,85, and the xx00 series), with some exception going to the "small" frame row crops (656, 666, 686, and the hydro 70).

I think the was made by International, and the was made by CaseIH. They seem to fit the same tractors, since I've seen 's on 2wd 584's, but most all the CaseIH 585's have the CaseIH loader.
